2. Nature of services

We provide software development, SEO, apps, and managed hosting under a written scope (quote / contract). Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our full control (search algorithms, competitors, client content quality).

3. Quotes and payment

Pricing and timelines are set per project. Work usually starts after agreement and any initial payment. Delays in providing content or approvals may delay delivery without liability on Tisham.

4. Intellectual property

After agreed payment is complete, the client receives usage rights to the agreed deliverables. We retain the right to showcase the project in case studies unless written confidentiality is agreed.

5. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits from use of the site or services, within the limits allowed by applicable law.
