Why Salla merchants needed a WhatsApp channel
Gulf customers live on WhatsApp more than email. Late order or abandoned-cart alerts mean lost sales. The challenge was shipping a Salla-native app that reads orders and carts via permissions and webhooks, then sends reliable WhatsApp messages without breaking the merchant’s daily workflow.

Integration architecture: Salla APIs + WhatsApp
Ibraheem Z. led infrastructure and APIs: Salla auth, order/cart reads, event webhooks, and a WhatsApp send layer that stays stable under load. Khalid Zahir designed merchant UX for screens and flows, and Mohammed Abdulaziz led App Store publishing and SEO until strong visibility and 15+ five-star reviews from real merchants.
Permissions and trust
The Salla listing shows clear permissions (orders, carts, webhooks, marketing, reviews). That transparency is part of install trust. Public reviews—such as Filora, San gifts, and Al-Osailan store—also appear on Tisham team profiles as verifiable product authority, not marketing claims.
